Shipping Policy

We want your shopping experience with Crazy Collars to be smooth and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. General Shipping Info

  • Where we ship: We deliver across Australia and to selected international locations. If you’re overseas, feel free to contact us before ordering. 
  • Processing time: Orders are usually packed and sent within 2–3 business days. During busy times (like sales), it might take a bit longer.
  • Carriers: We use trusted services like Australia Post and other reliable couriers depending on your location.

2. Shipping Times & Costs

Within Australia:

  • Standard shipping takes about 3–7 business days after dispatch. 
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. 

International orders:

  • Standard: 7–21 business days 
  • Express: 3–10 business days 
  • Costs are calculated at checkout. Keep in mind, customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country (these are your responsibility). 

Free shipping:

  • Available on qualifying Australian orders (as shown on our website). Not usually available for international orders.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. 
  • If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down.

4. Delays & Delivery Issues

  • Sometimes delays happen due to weather, couriers, or customs — unfortunately, these are out of our control. 
  • Make sure your address is correct before placing your order — we can’t take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect details. 
  • If a package gets returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (extra costs may apply).

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll sort it out. 
  • Missing something? Let us know ASAP and we’ll fix it.

6. International Orders & Customs

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes aren’t included in your order — these are set by your country. 
  • Customs delays can happen and may affect delivery times.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, we can’t change items or addresses — so double-check everything before confirming. 
  • Need to cancel? Contact us quickly. If it’s already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process.

8. Refunds

  • You can return items within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase is required. 

How to request a refund:

  • Email us with your order number and reason for return. 
  • We’ll send you return instructions. 
  • Return shipping is usually your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. 

Refund processing:

  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. 
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. 
  • If it’s taking longer, check with your bank. 

Exchanges:

  • We offer direct exchanges (see Returns Policy above). Just return the item ,at your cost, and place a new order.
