We want your shopping experience with Crazy Collars to be smooth and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. General Shipping Info
- Where we ship: We deliver across Australia and to selected international locations. If you’re overseas, feel free to contact us before ordering.Â
- Processing time: Orders are usually packed and sent within 2–3 business days. During busy times (like sales), it might take a bit longer.
- Carriers: We use trusted services like Australia Post and other reliable couriers depending on your location.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
Within Australia:
- Standard shipping takes about 3–7 business days after dispatch.Â
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.Â
International orders:
- Standard: 7–21 business daysÂ
- Express: 3–10 business daysÂ
- Costs are calculated at checkout. Keep in mind, customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country (these are your responsibility).Â
Free shipping:
- Available on qualifying Australian orders (as shown on our website). Not usually available for international orders.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.Â
- If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down.
4. Delays & Delivery Issues
- Sometimes delays happen due to weather, couriers, or customs — unfortunately, these are out of our control.Â
- Make sure your address is correct before placing your order — we can’t take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.Â
- If a package gets returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (extra costs may apply).
5. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll sort it out.Â
- Missing something? Let us know ASAP and we’ll fix it.
6. International Orders & Customs
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes aren’t included in your order — these are set by your country.Â
- Customs delays can happen and may affect delivery times.
7. Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, we can’t change items or addresses — so double-check everything before confirming.Â
- Need to cancel? Contact us quickly. If it’s already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process.
8. Refunds
- You can return items within 30 days of delivery.Â
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.Â
- Proof of purchase is required.Â
How to request a refund:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.Â
- We’ll send you return instructions.Â
- Return shipping is usually your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.Â
Refund processing:
- Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.Â
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.Â
- If it’s taking longer, check with your bank.Â
Exchanges:
- We offer direct exchanges (see Returns Policy above). Just return the item ,at your cost, and place a new order.
