Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help. Here’s how our refund process works.

Refund Eligibility

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Items must be unused and in original condition. 
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:

  • We don’t accept returns if the product has been altered, modified, or tampered with in any way (by you or anyone else). 
  • Any changes to the product will void warranties and make it ineligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Get in touch: Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Follow instructions: We’ll send you the return details, including where to send your item.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. 
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return otherwise.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. 
  • If it’s taking longer, check with your bank or card provider as processing times can vary.

Change of Mind Returns & Fees

  • If your item is returned and no fault is found, it will be treated as a change-of-mind return. 
  • In this case, a 65% inspection and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • This covers handling, inspection, repackaging, admin, and the fact the item can’t be resold as new.
