It is the owner’s and veterinarian’s responsibility to ensure the collar is fitted correctly (not too tight or too loose).
Owners should supervise pets, especially during the first few hours of wearing a Crazy Collar, to ensure comfort and safety.

Crazy Collars does not accept responsibility if:

Your pet removes the collar and accesses their wound.
Your pet bends or manipulates the collar to reach an area.
Your pet’s unique anatomy (long legs, long snout, high flexibility, etc.) allows them to reach areas despite wearing the collar.

Crazy Collars does not sell or rent confidential information to any organisation of person for any reason.

Crazy Collars does not share your confidential information with third parties unless required by law.
