To pay using a Money order or Check, please choose your item(s) below and add to your shopping cart. When you are finished, go to VIEW SHOPPING CART" page, print the page which will show a list of the items in your cart, and mail with your payment. Do not click the CHECKOUT button (for electronic credit card payments only).
